A lovely, decorative solid brass fly, a perfect accessory to place on your vintage furniture or shelf.
It was originally made as a match holder, the wings lift up to reveal the area that would have originally been intended to hold matches. The match striker is on the back of the lid. There are no tobacco odours.
In very good vintage condition with a lovely patina.
