We work with trusted couriers to deliver vintage furniture with care across mainland UK.

Mustard Vintage work with a network of tried and trusted couriers who deliver furniture with care, throughout the mainland UK. We aim to deliver your furniture within 2-10 working days, however Scotland, coastal and farther afield areas may take a little longer.

Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location and item size/weight. These are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY CHARGES - ENGLAND/WALES
Heavy Furniture Load (more than one item): £129-159 inc. VAT
Large furniture item: £99 inc. VAT
Medium furniture item: £79 inc. VAT 
Small furniture item: £59 inc. VAT  

DELIVERY CHARGES - SCOTLAND
As far north as Glasgow/Edinburgh, for further afield, please contact us for a quote.
Heavy Furniture Load (more than one item): £149-199 inc. VAT 
Large furniture item: £129 inc. VAT
Medium furniture item: £99 inc. VAT 
Small furniture item: £79 inc. VAT 

Our couriers are fully insured and will blanket wrap/strap your items securely during transit. There is no excess packaging to discard of, apart from light cling-wrap.

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
Your allocated courier will text you directly confirming a delivery date and time-slot, usually within 10 working days of placing your order. The exact delivery day will depend on the next available run to your area, so some flexibility is appreciated.

Please let us know IN ADVANCE if there are any parking or logistical issues (stairs, lifts etc.) and we'll do our best to accommodate (an extra charge may apply).

IRELAND & NI DELIVERIES:
Please email us with your address for a quote. Our website will not calculate rates automatically or process orders to this area.

Delivery FAQs

England & Wales

We aim to deliver to most towns/cities within 10 working days. This is based on your availability. Coastal & farther afield areas can take a little longer, as deliveries may operate less frequently to these areas (every 2-4 weeks).

Mainland Scotland

As far north as Glasgow/Edinburgh. We aim to deliver within 28 working days. This is based on your availability. If you require delivery further afield please email us with your address for a quote before placing your order.

Delivery Access

It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that there is reasonable and safe access to deliver the item/s to your property. We cannot be held responsible if items cannot be delivered due to access issues and extra delivery fees may apply.

Special Requirements

Please email us prior to purchase if you have any special delivery requirements. For example, if you need a two-person delivery or item/s taking above ground floor. We can organise an alternative delivery service (additional charge may apply).

Storage

If you’re unable to take delivery within the timescales outlined above, please contact us before placing your order. We’re unable to offer free storage without prior agreement. Thank you for your understanding.

Collect in Person

You’re welcome to collect your items in person. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout. Please bring suitable blankets and straps to secure your items safely in transit, and check your vehicle measurements beforehand to ensure everything will fit.

Urgent Deliveries

Please email us before purchasing with the item(s) you’re interested in, your delivery address and your preferred delivery timeframe. An additional delivery charge may apply.

Holiday Periods

During busy periods like Xmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. deliveries may take a little longer to get to you. Your patience is appreciated during these times.
