CURRENT STATUS OF FURNITURE DELIVERIES DURING COVID-19
Our trusted couriers are currently providing a full Mainland UK delivery service (until otherwise advised by the Government). Furniture will be fully cling wrapped before dispatch, and this can be removed and disposed of by our courier on arrival (if required).
Our couriers are happy to bring furniture items into your home (with your assistance and permission) as long as you, and other household members, are not in quarantine or one of the 1.5 million at-risk people advised to stay at home and self-isolate for 12 weeks.
We also have a large storage facility and may be able to store your furniture item/s for delivery at a later date. This storage facility will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and will only be available by prior arrangement - so please contact us before making a purchase.

HOW MUCH DOES FURNITURE DELIVERY COST?
We can deliver large/furniture items to most Mainland UK postcodes for a flat fee of £55. However, when delivering to farther afield areas such as Scotland & Cornwall we may have to add a small surcharge (we will email you to let you know what this surcharge is, you can then pay this to the courier directly on delivery).
Additional Furniture Items - we don't charge any extra fees for delivering more than one large/furniture item - so you can purchase as many items as you like, and only pay the one courier charge (hurray!). We will cover any extra courier costs our end - it's just our way of saying thank you for buying multiple items.
HOW LONG DOES FURNITURE DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery Turnaround Times for in-stock furniture items: usually 1-2 weeks (depending on your area/availability). Our couriers deliver to London and most major towns/cities weekly. For Scotland, Cornwall, and farther afield areas, deliveries may take a little longer, as our courier covers these areas less frequently (every 3-4 weeks). Please just drop us an email if your delivery is urgent and we'll get straight back to you with an estimated date.
Delivery Turnaround Times for Bespoke/Made-to-Order items: 2-8 weeks (depending how busy we are) - feel free to email us for an estimate.
HOW DOES THE FURNITURE DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?
Mustard Vintage works with a network of trusted third party couriers who are experienced at delivering large/furniture items across the mainland UK. They are fully insured and will blanket wrap/strap your items securely during transit, so they'll be no excess packaging to worry about your end (no flat pack here!).
Once you have placed your furniture order we will book the courier and send them your address/contact details. The courier will then contact you directly (within 2-10 working days) to confirm a date/time-frame for the delivery - typically a 2 hour window.
Deliveries are usually carried out by one-person, so some assistance may be required at your end please. Items are delivered 7 days a week, depending on where you are located on the driver’s run, so some flexibility is needed.
Please advise if you have any special requirements (i.e. if you need a two-person delivery, or help upstairs to another floor) and we will try our best to arrange this for you (please note that we may have to charge more for these extra services).

**Please note: It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that the item ordered will fit through all access points and into the space intended. Sorry, but items cannot be returned because they do not fit**

FREE DELIVERY OF HOMEWARES WITH LARGE/FURNITURE ITEMS
Homewares and smaller items can be delivered FREE OF CHARGE with any large furniture item that requires courier delivery. The courier will simply bring your smaller items packaged up, and deliver them at the same time as your furniture!
POSTAGE OF HOMEWARES/SMALL ITEMS
For homewares and smaller items we use tracked & signed for delivery services across the mainland UK. Deliveries usually take between 3-6 working days.
Homewares and smaller items can also be delivered FREE OF CHARGE with any large furniture item that requires courier delivery - the courier will simply bring your smaller items packaged up, and deliver them at the same time as your furniture.
Prices vary for homewares/smaller items based on both their weight/size, and our time/materials used to package them securely. Once you add an item to your shopping basket the P&P cost will automatically be calculated and applied. Prices range from:

Medium Parcel - £8.95
Large Parcel - £13.95
Extra Large Parcel - £24.95
COLLECTING YOUR ITEM/S IN PERSON
You are very welcome to collect items in person, in fact, we love meeting our customers! Please email us in advance of placing your order as we will need to send you a special code to remove any courier or postage charges.
Please note: Collections are by prior arrangement only as we need 48 hours notice to get items out of storage and ready for you to collect. If you are collecting large/furniture items then we recommend that you bring plenty of old blankets/straps/rope to secure larger items during transit. Please also don't forget to measure your vehicle to ensure the items will fit, so that you don't have a wasted trip!
If you need an urgent delivery arranging, or a delivery on a specified date please contact us in advance of placing your order and we'll see if we can arrange this for you and provide a quotation. For commercial/trade customers we regularly arrange dedicated two-person courier deliveries on specified dates, with assembly included onsite (where required). Please contact us for a quotation.
