Two bays of vintage Ladderax modular shelving & storage designed by Robert Heal in 1964 for Staples of Cricklewood, London.
This particular set is perfect for a home office or studio with loads of storage! The four larger shelves are designed in a way which enables them to be set at an angle, perfect for displaying books or magazines.
The Ladderax System consists of a number of upright ladders, supporting shelves and cabinets. These are fixed by resting on steel support rods, hooked on to the rungs of the ladders. They fit into grooves under the shelves and cabinets. This allows easily assembly and flexibility. Ladderax does not require any permanent fixing to a wall because it self-supports.

In excellent restored condition, all the shelves and desks have been freshly oiled. the white ladders have some wear to them with various marks here and there as to be expected for its age. Please take a look at the photographs for more detail.
