A very rare, teak, extending dining table manufactured by Uniflex in the 1960s.

– Excellent restored condition.

A stunning table with distinctive design features including, arched stretchers and cylindrical legs that pass cleanly into the frame. The walnut veneered top is beautiful and has a real warmth.

This model is extremely popular due to the fact that it can be extended to seat eight people, it features a hidden extension leaf making it a very versatile dining table. The extension mechanism is an impressive piece of design in itself, the leaf slides from underneath rather than using a butterfly centre mechanism or an inserted leaf.

The table extends by simply pulling the two halves apart which reveal the hidden leaf, this moves up into place, the table can then be pushed back together to achieve the desired size.

In excellent restored condition, there may be some very minor polished in marks & scratches as to be expected, please see photographs for more detail.

Dimensions:
Length unextended: 163cm
Length extended: 208cm
Height: 72cm
Width: 86/81cm
Distance between legs: 106cm

A stunning piece of mid century furniture, would bring a touch of classic mid century style to any interior space.

Preparation

We carefully assess every piece, identifying any damage, repairs or replacement parts it may need. Drawers may need new runners, handles can be missing or damaged, and joints may require repair or reinforcement. We look beyond the surface to uncover hidden defects, ensuring each piece is restored to work as it was originally intended.
