A scarcely seen set of 19th century, oak printers drawers.
– Excellent restored condition
A stunning piece of storage with seven drawers that all run with a nice smooth action. Featuring beautifully shaped handles, stepped drawer fronts and double paneled sides.
Constructed from English oak, which has a rich, golden colouring displaying striking grain throughout. The cabinet has double paneled sides and shaped plinth. Some of the drawers still have some of the original dividers but most have since been removed.
Condition
These drawers are in excellent restored condition but will have marks, polished in scratches, nics and the odd dink here and there... which add to their character, vintage appeal and gives a unique aged look - something that new furniture cannot replicate! There are marks etc inside the drawers but these could be easily lined with a paper of your choice if desired. Please see the photos for more detail.
