A gorgeous vintage desk, manufactured in the 1930s. 

– Excellent restored condition.

The original brass cup handles are marked with a Crown and 'GR' stamp, this signifies that the desk was produced for the British government or public institutions during the reign of King George V (1910–1936). The mark stands for "Georgius V Rex" (King George These pieces, often referred to as "Crown Supplies" furniture, typically originate from government offices, schools, or public buildings.

Constructed from solid English oak, with a stunning golden colouring which adds real warmth and character to any interior.

Featuring five good sized drawers, offering plenty of storage.

In excellent restored condition, there are lots of polished in marks and scratches as to be expected for its age, please take a look at the photographs for more detail.
