A pair of scarcely seen 'Program' stools designed by Frank Guille for Kandya in 1958.
*This listing is for two stools.
An excellent example of post war, british utilitarian design at its best with simplistic yet functiomnal design.
Each stool is constructed with a steel rod frame which has its original black powder coating (some chipping to the paintwork on the lower bar), solid Beech back rest and moulded plywood seat which we have had professionally reupholstered (including new foam) in a black leatherette.
In excellent restored condition there are some very minor age related marks as to be expected, please take a look at the photographs for more detail.
Total Height: 85cm
Height to seat: 64cm
A very rare and desirable pair of stools that would make a great addition to any domestic or commercial interior.
