A scarcely seen vintage oak solicitors cabinet manufactured by Staverton of Great Britain in 1962.

Staverton manufactured furniture ranges for the Crown Suppliers which developed into contracts for Crown Court Buildings and London hotels.
A beautiful piece of furniture of superb construction quality, currently very desirable and very functional when used as a large storage solution, presented in a mid-century and stylish way. Perfect for a number of possible uses such as alternative kitchen storage, shoe storage, office storage or retail display.
There are five individual shelves each with a fold up door front that slides and pushes back into the top of the section to keep it open. The shelves are divided into three sections with each shelf having two fixed dividers allowing three sections per shelf. Comes complete with hinged locking device.
In very good restored condition, there are some minor polished in marks as to be expected for its age, a few filled areas and historic woodworm exit holes (fully treated) please see photographs for more detail.
