A Mid Century school storage cupboard.
- Excellent restored condition
A striking vintage cupboard with beech carcass and contrasting Iroko/Sapele doors. We rescued this beautiful piece from a School in Birmingham where it had been since the school was first built in the 1950s.
Features lovely solid brass handles to the drawer and doors, number discs to the doors and one fixed shelf.
In excellent restored condition, the doors have been refitted with roller catches and fully functioning original drop bolts. The piece has a lovely patina, with lots of marks and scratches as to be expected for its age, this only enhances the character of the piece, please see photographs for more detail.
