A beautifully designed & crafted vintage oak barristers sectional bookcase originally made for a very popular parliamentary member of Torquay (see photograph of the plaque)
A beautiful piece of furniture, currently very desirable and very functional, they work very well as alternative storage adding some real character and vintage appeal to any desired room or as originally intended, a beautiful way to display your book collection!
Featuring three individual sectional pieces that fit together with internal fixings.
A very desirable piece, in superb restored condition, the bottom left handle has been replaced at some point in its life as it is very slightly different to the others, although this isn't noticeable until pointed out (see photograph 7) there may be some minor polished in marks and scratches as to be expected for its age, please see photographs for more detail.
A beautiful cabinet that would make a great addition to any vintage/Industrial/mid-century inspired interior.
