A very attractive Victorian, mahogany chest of drawers with a gorgeous bleached out patina. Circa1850.
Featuring a figured top above cylindrical drawers and a pair of paneled cupboard doors and plinth base.
The mahogany has aged beautifully resulting in a gorgeous faded patina, lots of polished in marks & scratches all adding to the character of the piece.
Looks great as it is but we think it would also work very well with a slab of marble fixed to the top.
