A rarely available cabinet designed in 1969 by Robert Heritage for Gordon Russell of Broadway.
– Excellent restored condition
Designed in 1969, as part of the GR69 range of furniture for Gordon Russell, it brought furniture designer, Robert Heritage, worldwide recognition. The GR69 range was high end and expensive - due to the high quality materials and craftsmanship required to make it. For this reason, the GR69 range was produced in modest numbers and is now, very rare.
If you are looking for a true investment piece to add to your Mid Century collection, then we'd highly recommend this cabinet. It would make a beautiful and unique drinks cabinet - with bottles stored at the bottom and glasses at the top. It also comes with it's original key - quite a rarity!
A stunning and simplistic symmetrical design with superb detailing and outstanding craftsmanship throughout – with finger joint detailing and a wonderful profile to the cupboard doors. Constructed from Teak with a solid Afromosia base.
