Vintage Esavian School Drawers / Sideboard
Sold Out
A scarcely seen mid century chest of school drawers designed by James Leonard in the early 1950's for Esavian (ESA) The Educational Supply Association.
-Superb restored condition
A stunning and versatile piece of storage with gorgeous solid beech drawers with striking cutaway handles. The twenty drawers have all been painstakingly stripped, sanded and waxed which contrast beautifully with the carcass which we have painted using a Farrow & Ball off-white colour.
This particular piece of furniture has to be our favourite design of all time, this is the first time we have had one for sale as the previous two that we have found have taken pride of place in our own home, this one has only just escaped our youngest daughters bedroom!
In superb restored condition, there may be some minor polished in marks and blemishes as to be expected which all add to the vintage appeal of the piece.
They would make a great addition to any home interior or workplace.
