Mid Century McIntosh Teak Extending Table & 4 Chairs
Sold Out
A beautifully designed & crafted teak extending dining table designed by Tom Robertson for A.H. McIntosh in the 1960s.
– Excellent restored condition.
The table has a distinct Scandinavian appearance with beautifully shaped legs and base, this model is extremely popular due to the fact that it can be extended to seat up to 6 people.
The table extends quickly and easily by simply pulling the two halves apart which reveal the hidden leaf, this swivels upwards then down into place, the table can then be pushed back together to achieve the desired size.
In excellent restored condition, there may be some very minor polished in marks & scratches as to be expected. The seat pads have been fully restored including new foam and dacron wrap which has then been upholstered in a lovely charcoal tweed fabric making it fully compliant with current domestic fire regulations. Please see photographs for more detail.
