A beautifully designed & crafted extending dining table designed by John Herbert for Younger. Designed as part of their award winning 'Fonseca' range this table was produced in relatively low numbers so rarely comes to market.

– Superb restored condition.

Younger were renowned for there high quality workmanship and mainly retailed through Heals. Featuring solid teak base and legs with a stunning teak veneered top.

The table has a distinct Scandinavian appearance with beautifully shaped legs and base, this model is extremely popular due to the fact that it can be extended to seat 8 - 10 people.

The table extends quickly and easily by simply pulling the two halves apart which reveal the hidden leaves, these swivel upwards, the table can then be pushed back together.

This table is in superb restored condition, the extension leaves match the main top section perfectly. There are some minor polished in marks as to be expected, please take a look at the photographs for more detail.

Dimensions:
Length unextended: 145cm
Length fully extended: 190cm
Distance between legs: 114cm
Height: 73-4cm
Width: 90cm

A stunning table, would make a great addition to any vintage/mid-century inspired interior.

Preparation

We carefully assess every piece, identifying any damage, repairs or replacement parts it may need. Drawers may need new runners, handles can be missing or damaged, and joints may require repair or reinforcement. We look beyond the surface to uncover hidden defects, ensuring each piece is restored to work as it was originally intended.
