Antique Victorian Mahogany Military Chest/Campaign Chest
This striking chest was made in around 1890 and features two over three graduating mahogany lined drawers with sunken brass handles. The chest stands on four fixed turned bun feet, splits in half for ease of removals, has original back boards and has a rich mahogany colour with striking patina.
In very good vintage condition having been cleaned and waxed. There are a couple of Etruscans missing, also a lock has been removed at some point form the top left hand drawer. There are lots of polished in marks which add to the character of the piece, please be sure to take a look at the photographs for more detail.
